OpenCarData leverages OBD-II diagnostics technology to generate Vehicle Emission Profiles. In contrast with Fuel Economy Labels, OpenCarData provides Real-World – GNSS enhanced – Emission Impact Data to serve as a pollution tracking & management tool for individual drivers, fleet owners & governments.
